Welcome to New Muslims Network (Wales). We are a network of individuals trying to help and support new Muslims living in Wales (UK).

The network was set up in order to provide a socialising platform for new Muslims and to enable them to gain a firm grounding in the fundamental beliefs and practices of Islam. We also hope to provide, through this website, an internet resource of mosques, halal foodshops, books stores and individuals in different towns/cities in Wales who would be willing to mentor new Muslims.

Information and links on this site may also prove useful to those who are interested in finding out accurate information about our beliefs and way of life.

Those of us who have converted from Christianity or who were previously without a faith but were born and brought up in the culture and traditions of Europe and the Western world, can make a significant contribution to reversing the polarisation which we all see taking place. Part of our role we believe is to be ambassdaors of Islam in our native lands and portray Islam as it trully is and not how it has been distorted by individuals acting either out of ignorance or malice.
